For a while, Amplistay asked you to choose how to pay: a percentage of each booking or a monthly fee. That choice is gone. There is now one plan, everything included, at $19 / €19 per month per property and no commission. And setting everything up is still free.
If you've looked at booking tools before, you've probably hit the same question: am I better off paying a percentage of each booking or a flat fee? The answer depends on how much you sell, and nobody knows how much they'll sell next month. So we took the question away.
What you get from day one
As soon as you add your rental to Amplistay, it already has its own website, with your photos, your details, your calendar and your prices. You can preview it from the start, along with everything else:
- Your rental's website, on an Amplistay subdomain or on your own domain (yoursite.com), ready to take direct bookings.
- New bookings and stay extensions (extra nights, early check-in, late check-out), charged through Stripe or your bank's card terminal. Or, if you prefer, just a contact form, or a link to your booking platform (AvaiBook…).
- All your Airbnb, Booking or any-channel bookings in your dashboard, via iCal, without typing them in.
- For each guest, their "Your stay" page: house guide, rental agreement signed online and guest registration (in Spain, with submission to SES Hospedajes whenever you decide).
What it costs
$19 / €19 per month per property, no commission. Setting it up and trying it is free, with no time limit. You pay when you want your guests to use it: you turn on the subscription and everything goes live at once.
- No commission from us. Stripe or your bank charge their own fee per payment, as anywhere else, and Amplistay keeps nothing.
- Sub-properties included. If you have several cabins or apartments in the same place, they share one website and are covered by the main property's subscription.
- No lock-in. If you cancel, what your guests see is unpublished, but nothing is deleted.
Why one price
With a percentage, the better you do, the more you pay. With a flat price and no commission, every direct booking you win is entirely yours. And one plan means no maths before you start and no plan change when you grow: everything is included from the beginning.
Building it is the easy part
Upload your photos, fill in a few details about your rental and the website is there. It takes about 10 minutes, no coding, and you pay nothing while you prepare it. When it looks the way you want, you publish it and start taking direct bookings.
