2. Purpose This Legal Notice regulates the access and use of the platform Amplistay. Amplistay is a Software as a Service (SaaS) that lets vacation rental Hosts publish a website for their accommodation and manage bookings, stay extensions, and payments with their Guests through the platform. Depending on the plan the Host chooses, the service runs under Fee per Booking (no monthly fee; Amplistay takes a technology fee on what's charged through the platform) or under Fixed Rate (a monthly fee, with a custom domain and no fee on payments). By accessing this website, its private payment tools, or any Host website hosted on Amplistay, you acquire the status of User and accept these terms in full.

3. Intellectual Property All contents of the website (software, source code, interface design, logos, text, and database structures) are the property of RENTATOP TECH, S.L. or its licensors. Any total or partial reproduction, transformation, or distribution without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Responsibility

  • The provider is exempt from any liability derived from information published on its website that has been manipulated or introduced by an external third party.
  • Amplistay acts as a technological tool and is not responsible for the legality, quality, or fulfillment of the services agreed upon between Hosts and their Guests.
  • The content of the websites published by Hosts (text, photographs, prices, and booking conditions) is the sole responsibility of the Host who creates and publishes it. Amplistay provides only the technical hosting infrastructure and the website builder.
  • The provider does not guarantee the constant availability of the service, although all technical measures are taken to ensure 24/7 operation.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the activities developed herein, Spanish legislation will apply, to which the parties expressly submit, being competent for the resolution of all conflicts derived from or related to its use the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain.
